NEW CANCELLATION POLICY - JANUARY 2024
We understand that unexpected events may sometimes interfere with your scheduled grooming appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate as many pets as possible and manage our appointments effectively, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our updated cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy Overview
Rescheduling Appointments – If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule your pet’s grooming appointment please contact us on 6962 7575 as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer the available time slot to clients on our waitlist or accommodate another customer. Appointments need to be rescheduled with atleast 12 hours notice.
Late Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to provide more than 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation, it will be considered a “no show” and will be subject to the following:
- First time: No penalty, but a note will be made on your account, and a credit card on file will be required for future appointments.
- Second Time: A no show fee of 50% of the Booking per scheduled pet will be charged
- Third Time and ongoing: The full price of the missed appointment will be charged.
